Jeffrey Atherton

Upon graduating from Florida State University with degrees in music and acting, Jeffrey began a career as a teacher/performer. He taught music and acting in middle school, high school and church, while in the evening he "moonlighted" on stage. After 10 years of a VERY hectic, but rewarding lifestyle, Jeffrey, at the ripe age of 33, left teaching, left his position with the church, gave up his condo on the west coast of Florida, sold his car and moved to New York City to take his acting career to the next level. His next 10 years were a magical whirlwind of regional theater around the country, tours of the U.S. & Asia. When he was not on tour or in a show Jeffrey would continue his vocal & acting studies in New York. Jeffrey can still be seen in local theater productions, television commercials, as a soloist in local churches and heard on the radio.

Jeffrey's extensive list of theatrical credits include: Higgins in MY FAIR LADY, Fagin in OLIVER, Charles in PIPPIN, El Gallo in THE FANTASTICKS, Von Trapp in SOUND OF MUSIC, Sid in PAJAMA GAME. Television & COMMERCIAL credits include: GUIDING LIGHT, BUSTED, RED ROBIN, METRO BROKER, BALLEY'S RESORT, AT&T, ONE HOUR OPTICAL, CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY.
